I couldn’t get my furnace to start up for the fall/winter season. I haven’t had any issues in the past with my furnace so I never needed a furnace guy/contractor. I looked around on google and this company had many positive reviews. They had so many good reviews I was actually a little skeptical that some of the reviews might be b.s. I was wrong. The reviews are true. My phone call was returned by the owner in under five minutes. The owner asked me the brand of furnace and for a picture of the control panel. Over the phone he helped me resolve a small electrical issue as well as guided me through the correct startup process to get my furnace up and running. I’m so relieved that my furnace is back up and running. Mr Azrikam told me he enjoys helping people. I believe him. He didn’t charge anything for his time/headache/etc. I offered to send him over some $ and he wouldn’t accept it. If I have any issues in the future I will most certainly call him. Thank you so much Mr Azrikam!!!! You’re the best out there!

I’ve had a problem with my heat for about 2 years and I spent lots of money hiring technicians. I finally found the BEST tech to get the job done. Just moved into a new house and of course with the first snow, the furnace stopped heating on a Saturday night. Azrikham urgently came out Sunday morning and quickly made the necessary repairs. He helped explain how my system worked along the way and wanted to be sure we were safe and warm. Extremely reasonable prices, high quality work, and the kindest of human beings. I definitely recommend!

In a world of consumer pain, Azrikam is a godsend! Bernard is honest, caring and goes the extra mile. My Mom was getting a routine furnace servicing done by another company and mentioned a slight noise.This predatory company immediately said she needed a new motor to the tune of $1000! I called Bernard at Azrikam to get another quote, and he said let me drop by to check it out as he doubted it was even needed. Within the hour he stopped at my Moms, examined the furnace, identified a spot to put a tie to stop a vibration and said that a new motor wasn't needed!! And should one be needed in the future, he gave a quote for HALF of what the other company said. And he didn't charge my Mother anything!!! Truly an angel. We are so grateful to Azrikam and that wonderful people like Bernard still exist.

Usually it's an emergency situation and I call at the last minute. Bernard always responds and will get back to me to either handle it himself or send a member of his team. The price is always reasonable with a detailed explanation of the problem and repairs. I needed Bernard this weekend and he sent Tony K. to fix my problem and he came on a Sunday. To my pleasant surprise he was able to explain the issue and how to fix it over the phone, in a matter of 30 minutes, without the need to come out. I am impressed with the professional services of Azrikam HVAC. Recently I discovered that the yoga studio that I own has air ducts that are pitched incorrectly and that the central AC system has stopped blowing cold air. The technician Bernard had the courtesy to ask me what specific day and time to come do the repairs so that the loud sounds do not disturb the yoga classes. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing, why he was doing it, and answered my questions and concerns. Although he came on a Friday and was unable to finish the repairs due to ordering a new motor, he went out of his way to come back on a Saturday morning and installed the new motor so that I would have AC for the weekend! AC unit stopped working and Bernard was able to respond the same day in a very reasonable time to assess the situation. He and his team were able to install a new AC unit and coil the next day ahead of schedule which was appreciated. Bernard was out to do a check up of our a/c unit (on the roof of our condo building) and was informative, on time, professional, neat and all around wonderful. He washed the unit, checked for freon leaks and set our minds at ease saying the unit has a good number of years left (if we remember to change the filters monthly!!). Furnace died late evening, instead of just coming out and charging Bernard helped me assess via phone, let me know if couldn’t be fixed until the next day due to part availability. Next morning arrived promptly, worked some magic on my inducer motor to get it going again and sourced me a very cheap back up part to enable a future repair if/when it dies. Had an issue with my furnace not igniting, they were able to come out the next morning to get everything up and running good as new! They did a little preventative maintenance/cleaning for me as well! I also liked that I was able to send in a video of the error code on the furnace in to them before hand, it allowed the process to go so quick as they could come better prepared!

They did a little preventative maintenance/cleaning for me as well! I also liked that I was able to send in a video of the error code on the furnace in to them before hand, it allowed the process to go so quick as they could come better prepared!

What a great experience I had with Azrikam The Price is Right! I woke up this morning with a boiler that was not working. This gentelman was at the house a couple of hours later and fixed the problem right away. The boiler to our building was broken. We had called a major company who had come out and installed the wrong part. Once they had left around 5 pm we called this place and the gentleman came out first thing the next day. Within a matter of hours he was able to diagnose and resolve our issues and our boiler was up and running. We will definitely go through this company in the future.

They built a new heat exhaust with my laundry chute and delivered on every promise that they made! The upstairs is finally cool with cold air blasting through the house. Although the furnace somehow got back running by itself, Bernard took the time to check the system and also educated me how the system works and what to watch out for when things go wrong again. He came by the following day and diagnosed two leaks in the suction line of my condensing unit outside, one in the shrader valve and one in the cap above the valve. The cap has apparently leaked before because there was leak lock. Azrikam walked me through what he was doing and explained everything in layman's terms. He checked the inside coil shrader valve and connection too for thoroughness. Since it was cooler the first day he came out, he said it was not good to fill the system again on such a cool day. He came back the next day since the weather was more favorable and refilled the system. The system is cooling like a champ now. He is fairly priced and even ask me to check his price against other competitors for the R-22 refridgerant. Very impressed with this Christian HVAC contractor. I will be back to Azrikam for my HVAC needs. Edit July 17, 2021: We returned to Azrikam to install our new HVAC (furnace and air conditioning). In 2009 Bernard replaced all my AC and heating units and water heater and since then he's doing all the service and repair. I'm very satisfied with his work and the price is right. I think I found my new HVAC guy! They were great from start to finish. On time, professional, worked quickly, fixed the problem on the first try, and didn't gouge me like the company before that shall remain nameless(I'm not here to sling mud). He's a good and honest person, and I appreciated the effort that they put in on this project. Will definitely be calling them again when I'm ready to replace my HVAC unit.

Azrikam called the same day I requested a quote on his website for a new unit, since that is what I assumed I needed because my air was not blowing cold and the system is 23 years old. He came by the following day and diagnosed two leaks in the suction line of my condensing unit outside, one in the shrader valve and one in the cap above the valve. The cap has apparently leaked before because there was leak lock. Azrikam walked me through what he was doing and explained everything in layman's terms. He checked the inside coil shrader valve and connection too for thoroughness. Since it was cooler the first day he came out, he said it was not good to fill the system again on such a cool day. He came back the next day since the weather was more favorable and refilled the system. The system is cooling like a champ now. He is fairly priced and even ask me to check his price against other competitors for the R-22 refridgerant. Very impressed with this Christian HVAC contractor. I will be back to Azrikam for my HVAC needs.

I could tell that he was on another job yet he took the time to walk me through all of the steps over the phone to troubleshoot the issue. He was able to resolve my issue over the phone with no charge. It's hard to find honest and trustworthy repair people but Bernard is the real deal. Who else would be willing to help free of charge? First ABC came to my house and took apart my Furnace and decided that they couldn't fix the issue without "cutting a hole in the outside of the steel case that was needed to gain access to the valve that would allow them to check the Freon. He left with the whole AC unit hanging out of the frame. Then I called ABC who strung me along like a puppet for 8 hours before they told me that working 24/7 was for other furnaces and that mine needed an expert who would not be available until the following day. I called and gave them the make and model number of my furnace, its age too, 5 years, so they could send the right tech / specialist if that was necessary and or even told me that guy wasn't available until the following day. Nope, even with all that information I waited an entire day and in the end, at 7PM customer service gave me a call with a BS story about the specialist not being available until tomorrow. What??? A whole additional day? I was not happy so I researched the model number and found thru Google Azrikam. 8PM I called hoping to engage with someone who knew what they were talking about and what I found was THE BEST SERVICE COMPANY EVER! Anchored by the most intelligent man in the HVAC business ever, Bernard. He answered my call even with his household filled with a celebrating family. He asked about the HVAC Unit, the age, the condition and if I could send him photos of the model number and unit with the front doors off. I thought that was nuts but did so. A few minutes later Bernard called again and asked what kind of thermostat I had and the last time I changed the batteries. 5 years ago when the unit was installed. OMG! It was the batteries. He then walked my through putting my HVAC back together over the phone. How many stars can i give him? Hundreds. The calls were free, his diagnosis was right on and i go my AC to work again. For that, I am writing him up as the best in his class. Thanks Bernard. You rocked it! Thank you google for finding Azrikam!

I was told that I needed new parts, set up for a big bill. Then, I called Bernard. He came by on a Saturday, the other firm wasn't even open and fixed my 2 HVAC units in less time for a better price!

But what makes them very different from others is that they genuinely care about people, they're super considerate and respectful. I've never been so stress free about having someone be in my home to fix things. I know some people go "they're all the same, so call anyone". These guys will not only make things work again, but they'll also make your day or even your week. :) I wouldn't be exaggerating to say I was moved by their work and personality. Stories below (you'll be shocked): - We had just signed the lease and the AC was broken when we moved in. It was over 88 degrees inside. As soon as we contacted them, they responded right away. When they couldn't answer, they gave us a call back asap and any time of the day, they responded. - They squeezed us into their super busy schedule to fix our AC because they knew the weather's gonna be over 100 degrees the next several days, which we didn't even know. - They arrived very early and they offered to pay for my Uber because I wasn't nearby and I was gonna take a bus. I was speachless. I insisted that they didn't pay because I was already so thankful for what they've done. - l'm a germophobe, so I get nervous and stressed having super or others come by because many people refuse or get annoyed when I ask them to take their shoes off. These guys took their shoes off without me asking, which is a very big deal to me. It's so rare to meet someone so sweet and kind. I was crying internally because they warmed up my heart so much.

I can't thank Bernard enough. He took the time and came Out for an emergency AC not working. That was such a blessing, especially during this crazy heat. Not only was he reliable but he was so honest and fixed the problem. I am thankful to know that there are still people like this that we can do business with. Call Bernard, you won't regret it!

The boiler for our 20 unit building died right after the Polar Vortex. It was hard to find a heating company to come out because they were all booked. I randomly called companies and luckily found Bernard. He came out and identified the problem within 30 minutes - a burned out pump. Bernard searched for the pump and found it was discontinued. He checked multiple (!!) supply houses for a replacement pump and finally found one. (Talk about great detective work!) He came back to our building, removed the bad pump and brought it to the supply house so he could be sure the replacement had identical specs. Once the pump was delivered, Bernard was right there to get it. Within a couple of hours he had the heat working in our building again. We also got a 1-year parts and labor warranty on the pump, which made our condo association happy! I found Bernard to be honest and also a very nice guy.

Read his reviews so decided to give him a try and it did not work out. Someone answered the phone and I advised him I was looking to make a appointment to flush my boiler. He asked me to text him my information and gave me a date and time but never showed up. Not recommended

Was having issues with a commericial rooftop unit at work. I am Chief Enineer of Courtyard Marriott. Called and they came out the next morning. Explained everything he was doing. Great Customer Service. After the appointment was made, they checked in with me the night before and the morning of to make sure I knew how many jobs until mine. Once at the house he explained everything he was checking and why the air conditioning was leaking water. He was very knowledgable and had the problem fixed in a very timely fashion. And cleaned up the unit very well. They also checked in with me that evening to make sure I had no more leaks after they left. I highly recommend them and would use them again if needed!!

Unfortunately, the news presented to us was not what we had hoped to hear.  The compressor had stopped working and, since this was an older unit, there was no other choice but to replace the air conditioner. While in our presence, the repairman contacted Bernard Azrikam to apprise him of our situation and to check on the possibility of having a new air conditioning unit installed within a reasonable amount of time.  Much to our astonishment, Bernard agreed to replace the existing unit on either Wednesday or Thursday of this past week. My furnace stopped working at 8 pm on a Friday night, the first night that freezing temperatures were called for. I spoke with Bernard, and he was out to the house in a little more than an hour. Bernard is friendly, professional, and extremely skilled at his craft. What we thought would be just a simple pilot light problem turned out to be MUCH more complicated; but Bernard had us up and running in about 2 hours. HONEST, HONEST, HONEST. Called them up through a friends recommendation and was not disappointed. They took care off what I asked, there was no, "you need to fix this, you need to change that" they didn't try to up-sell anything. It was in and out. We had a great experience. Our A/C went out when the temperature was in the 90's. We got Azrikam's number from a friend on a Saturday and called. He called us right back and came in first thing in the morning (on a Sunday) to fix it. He was great, very efficient, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him.

Besides the fact he was willing to come and help my family out on a Sunday, he took the time to explain to me how the unit is operating and how it should. He charged me far less then anyone of those advertised commercial Heating and Air Conditioning places would have, saving me hundreds of dollars$$$. I have found Bernard Azrikam to do first class work on my boiler and air conditioning system. I was told by another heating firm that my boiler would have to be completely replaced because the parts were no longer available. The proposed cost was $5000. When I spoke to Bernard, he informed me that the needed parts could be easily purchased . He renovated my furnace for a small fraction of $5000.

He has been taking care of my AC for the last few years and it has been working beautifully.

I had a contractor start and attempt to fix the furnace on a cold saturday night, he put in a new part and still couldn't get it going. He said he had to get other parts and would be back monday, called on monday, parts would be in on tuesday except he was going out of town and wouldn't return until friday. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I called azrikam told him the story, he didn't hold it against me and actually tried to trouble shoot over the phone to save me some money.
