Bernard is the one guy that I can always count on! I’ve dealt with him for years and he has truly earned by business. My A/C went out today during a 90° day and after one call he was there in 20 minutes and had me back up and running in 10 minutes! Always good work and honest service. I can’t recommend him enough!

My AC stopped working in the middle of the night right before a 90 degree day. Called 2 other places in the morning and neither could or would come out when I was home. I called Azrikam and Bernard asked me to send my address and that he would come out asap. He was here in like 20 minutes. He quickly got to work, fixed the problem, and cleaned up the coil that he noticed was dirty. AC has maybe not blown this cold since it was new. Price was great for such a quick response and work. I’d definitely call Azrikam again.

The drip tray of the evaporator coil on my HVAC unit was overflowing with water/condensation. The water wasn't able to properly exit the attached PVC pipe, therefore, I had pools of water standing and leaking into the unit. I called Azrikam on a Monday afternoon. He called back immediately and wanted me to walk through the situation. He knew the issue did not require a service request, rather guidance and the homeowner would be able to resolve it themselves. He asked for some photos of the unit, the exit pipes, the problem area...while we were on the phone. As an experienced professional, he was able to provide a few solutions and guide me through the steps. Eventually, we were able to unclog the discharge pipe, letting the water flow out of the drip tray, resolving the issue. Azrikam asked that I call him in 2 hours post resolution, allowing the unit to run and identify if the issue continued. I followed through. He knew based on my description, the problem was resolved. He, however, asked that I follow up with him the next day/Tuesday to ensure the leak has completely resolved itself. I was planning on calling him at the end of the day to give him the good news but Azrikam called me mid-afternoon, to inquire if the problem was resolved. The customer care he showcased, the experience in understanding the problem at hand, the ability to problem solve with the customer while on the phone, the follow up and bringing the issue to a closure is a true mark of a qualified technician and a respected organization. Note, Azrikam did not make the service visit, this was all done on the phone. This is the type of organization and service provider I want to associate with. I will be using Azrikam and his services for all of my future HVAC service needs.

I am blown away by how honest this company is. My ac was out in parts of the house. I had another company (which we have used before) come and tell me i needed a new system. (6-8k). I thought I would get a second opinion. They came and told me my units were just dirty. They looked at my thermostat, looked at my system, attached a device to see if there was a leak (which is what I was told by prior company) and said the system is fine it was just dirty. They hosed down the units and BOOM problem solved. Don’t use anyone else. They are the real deal and a pleasure to be around.

After a Big Name HVAC company came by for $90, who said nothing could be done to get our AC unit working because it uses R22 coolant (which they don’t stock), they quoted us $8400.00 for a new unit. Called Azrikam, who have offices nearby and they came out a couple hours later, identified and repaired the leaks that had lowered our coolant pressure and installed 3 lbs of R22, all for $500. Wow! And they showed us everything they were doing, explained what pressure should be, temp should be, etc. It was an education. We’re plenty cool now in this heat wave!

Azrikam is great! He responded promptly and gave sincere advises. His works withstand the test of time. That is the reason I go back to him again after encountered HVAC troubles from other service providers. Two thumbs up!!

Bernard went above and beyond the call with exceptional service. He first tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone and then came over for a house visit with the necessary parts when he diagnosed the problems. He was beyond professional and had all the required parts in stock, saving my family from a cold night without heat in the middle of winter. His services come highly recommended and will have a forever customer in me.

Bernard acted quickly to my no heat call in an extremely cold winter day. He managed to show up at my rental property within 1 hour which is very comforting and highly appreciated given the extremely low temperature of both outside and inside of the house. I was worried about bursting of the water pipes. He checked the whole system and found the root:cause of the problem and then make the heating up and run within 45 minutes. It is a big relief to me as the landlord. My tenants are very satisfied with such a quick response from me and the great customer service AZRIKAM provided. What an amazing and genuine guy! My HvAC stopped working on the coldest day of the year. I panicked and called a bunch of HVAC companies and they all refused to come. Called Bernard based on Google reviews and he promptly answered my called and came to our house in 15 minutes to remedy the situation. I had issues with a leaky humidifier. I could have gone with a cheaper fix option, but this house is my long-term investment; as a result, I went with the option to replace both whole home humidifiers. Bernard was very knowledgeable and could tell the original contractor did a poor job of installation. Bernard and his employee did a thorough job of relocating equipment and making sure everything was done right. Now I have a house that has humidity. What a difference!

This company is the best. They saved me thousands of dollars. My water heater stopped working. Two other companies told me I needed a new water heater for about $3500. Bernard Azrikam told me the tank looked fine and still had life. He was able to reset the circuit board and get it running again. He advised to purchase a new circuit just in case it goes out again and he will install. Saved me big money!!

I couldn’t get my furnace to start up for the fall/winter season. I haven’t had any issues in the past with my furnace so I never needed a furnace guy/contractor. I looked around on google and this company had many positive reviews. They had so many good reviews I was actually a little skeptical that some of the reviews might be b.s. I was wrong. The reviews are true. My phone call was returned by the owner in under five minutes. The owner asked me the brand of furnace and for a picture of the control panel. Over the phone he helped me resolve a small electrical issue as well as guided me through the correct startup process to get my furnace up and running. I’m so relieved that my furnace is back up and running. Mr Azrikam told me he enjoys helping people. I believe him. He didn’t charge anything for his time/headache/etc. I offered to send him over some $ and he wouldn’t accept it. If I have any issues in the future I will most certainly call him. In a world of consumer pain, Azrikam is a godsend! Bernard is honest, caring and goes the extra mile. My Mom was getting a routine furnace servicing done by another company and mentioned a slight noise.This predatory company immediately said she needed a new motor to the tune of $1000! I called Bernard at Azrikam to get another quote, and he said let me drop by to check it out as he doubted it was even needed. Within the hour he stopped at my Moms, examined the furnace, identified a spot to put a tie to stop a vibration and said that a new motor wasn't needed!! And should one be needed in the future, he gave a quote for HALF of what the other company said. And he didn't charge my Mother anything!!! Truly an angel. We are so grateful to Azrikam and that wonderful people like Bernard still exist.

Incredible experience. Called Azrikam this evening after coming home to find my AC not working. Bernard was extremely helpful and walked me through some initial trouble shooting steps one-by-one, over the phone until the issue was found. To my pleasant surprise he was able to explain the issue and how to fix it over the phone, in a matter of 30 minutes, without the need to come out. I am impressed with the professional services of Azrikam HVAC. Recently I discovered that the yoga studio that I own has air ducts that are pitched incorrectly and that the central AC system has stopped blowing cold air. The technician Bernard had the courtesy to ask me what specific day and time to come do the repairs so that the loud sounds do not disturb the yoga classes. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing, why he was doing it, and answered my questions and concerns. Although he came on a Friday and was unable to finish the repairs due to ordering a new motor, he went out of his way to come back on a Saturday morning and installed the new motor so that I would have AC for the weekend! Amazing! I highly recommend Bernard for his diligent, honest, quick, and courteous work the next time you need dependable HVAC service.

When it comes to replace or upgrade your furnace or AC units, when they are broken all-of-a-sudden or out of age. It is a tough decision to make which company to pick to get the right price and the right job is done, particularly when you multiple HVAC equipment. so what if i tell you that there is a company which can save you thousands and do a superb job and get them running in a day or two? that company is Azrikam Price is Right HVAC. I stumped upon this company for my furnace repair last winter when Bernard comes, he find the right problem in no time and get it back to work, and guess what at the end? he charged me less than half of other serviceman would charge. Just weeks ago, one of my two units of 30 years-of-age ACs quits, i know its time to upgrade them both plus the aged and troubled furnace. that is easily $20k on an unexpected budget. So i called several companies in and Bernard is able to offer the lowest price. He explained and convinced me of the gimmicks why other companies would play to charge a higher price. upon agreement, he finished the job in less than two days, that involved two AC units and one furnace. Bernard was out to do a check up of our a/c unit (on the roof of our condo building) and was informative, on time, professional, neat and all around wonderful. Absolutely amazing service. Our furnace went out on a Saturday. They showed up within 15 minutes. Not only did he temporarily get us working, he followed up with us the next day just to check in(Sunday). Furnace died late evening, instead of just coming out and charging Bernard helped me assess via phone, let me know if couldn’t be fixed until the next day due to part availability. They did a little preventative maintenance/cleaning for me as well! Was having ongoing problems with the heat not turning on. While on the phone they were able to direct me to specific info that they needed and had a real good idea what the problem was. They worked their magic and figured out how to make the service call happen the same day without a scheduled appointment. On arrival staff was super friendly and ran through the steps that they were doing to solve the problem. Having no real knowledge of hvac they didn't BS ME by saying I needed new parts or try to sell me anything I didn't want unlike other companies. They did their job well and waited to ensure that the unit was working properly and for small period of time and explained the pros and cons of my unit and gave advice on maintaining the unit. Overall what a great experience and would keep using them if future needs arise.

My system A/C and heating suddenly stopped working. I called Azrikam based on the reviews and I agree a 100% that everything EXCELLENT about this business was already said. What a great experience I had with Azrikam The Price is Right! I woke up this morning with a boiler that was not working. This gentelman was at the house a couple of hours later and fixed the problem right away. In addition, it was clearly explained as to what was wrong and how I could correct it myself in the future should it happen again. I would recommend this gentelman and his company to everyone!

The boiler to our building was broken. We had called a major company who had come out and installed the wrong part. Once they had left around 5 pm we called this place and the gentleman came out first thing the next day. I am so thrilled to have finally found my HVAC company! I bought my first home 2.5 years ago and for my first time hiring an HVAC company last year, it became apparent that each of their techs only specialize in 1 or 2 areas and none of them truly understood how to maintain my boiler. I hired Azrikam to come do general maintenance on the boiler and also educate me a bit on it (what to do if...). I was very pleasantly surprised with not only how much he taught me but how much he corrected that the last company had messed up. His logic made sense and he was so knowledgable - I also google'd each of the points later and he was absolutely spot on. Bernard was amazing. I discovered an issue with the venting on my hot water heater. When I called him, he came over immediately to be sure there was no safety issue. Once that was resolved, we scheduled the repair for a day or 2 later. Bernhard and team did a great job installing a new system for the second floor of my 100 year old home. It was a complicated job requiring ducts and returns to be installed in an unoccupied attic. One of their representatives reached out to me very fast after I contacted them after hours and was able to provide instructions and details of how I was able to clean the unit and do the work needed to get myself up and running worry free. Furnace went out over the weekend. Called Bernard who was able to come out very quickly and diagnose the issue in under 15 minutes.. Turned out to be a bad pump. Since it was the weekend the part store was wasn't open but Bernard was able to give the part the next business day and had it installed in under 20 minutes Very reasonable prices would recommend to use and will be using in the future.

I had worked with several HVAC contractors in the past few years, and finally I found Bernard that is both honest and very knowledgeable. Our furnace broke down during the weekend. We had a service call from company A in the morning. The recommendation was to replace induce motor (~700 usd), or the whole unit. I called Azrikam to get another quote for comparison. When Bernard came, he fixed the unit in 5 minutes. It turns out there is no need for replacing the induce motor, he can fix it with simple tools. What a difference! It not only saved me money, but also spared my family a few cold nights! I really appreciate Bernard's honesty and expertise!

Simply the best customer service I've had from a Tradesman in years! My furnace had stopped working. Bernard first helped me troubleshoot the problem over facetime by checking the thermostat and rebooting the system. The furnace would start up but not stay on. Bernard scheduled my appointment for the first call of the day the next morning. A new circuit board was ordered and installed the following day. I live in California and contacted several HVAC companies to help (my mom's regular guy was out of town). I had a short cycle problem with one of my 20+ year old air conditioners. I was expecting a call for replacement. Bernard came out to have a look. Ever the professional, he walked through possible causes, and diagnosed low refrigerant and bad air flow in my condenser and evaporator. Azrikam called the same day I requested a quote on his website for a new unit, since that is what I assumed I needed because my air was not blowing cold and the system is 23 years old. He came by the following day and diagnosed two leaks in the suction line of my condensing unit outside, one in the shrader valve and one in the cap above the valve. The cap has apparently leaked before because there was leak lock. Azrikam walked me through what he was doing and explained everything in layman's terms. He checked the inside coil shrader valve and connection too for thoroughness. Since it was cooler the first day he came out, he said it was not good to fill the system again on such a cool day. He came back the next day since the weather was more favorable and refilled the system. The system is cooling like a champ now. He is fairly priced and even ask me to check his price against other competitors for the R-22 refridgerant. Very impressed with this Christian HVAC contractor. I will be back to Azrikam for my HVAC needs. Edit July 17, 2021: We returned to Azrikam to install our new HVAC (furnace and air conditioning). His prices were/are very competitive and we are happy to recommend him to our friends and family.

I recently purchased a rental building and the boiler started to act up immediately. I called a few HVAC providers and was mostly directed to call banks who knew less about the issue than I did! Our furnace stopped working during the February 2021 winter freeze. The house was becoming cold fast, and I called Azrikam Heating. Bernard is a wonderful guy. He immediately responded to my phone call and tried to diagnose the issue on a video call. I sent him pictures of the furnace label plate, so he knew which model he was dealing with. He showed up in an hour and got the furnace running temporarily for the night. The very next day he replaced a part with an OEM part and fixed the issue. Bernard is very knowledgeable and his service was very prompt, courteous, and at a reasonable cost.

Azrikam eliminated all worry around this season's HAVC issues. I called them to repair a large custom heating unit in my garage. Azrikam did not install the unit themselves but they were able to troubleshoot the problem and order the exact part within less than a half an hour. They also accommodated my need to have an appointment scheduled after my work hours, during the week. The day of my appointment Azrikam's team arrived on time, wore masks and were very personable and professional. The repair was seamless and they inspected the unit for any other possible issues. I rarely write reviews, but in this case I will make an exception. The HVAC unit on the roof of my business was not working. It was 15 degrees outside, 48 degrees inside and cold air blowing from the air vents. I needed help fast so that I could open for business that evening. I was told what time they would arrive. Bernard and his partner were early. They diagnosed the problem and explained what was wrong with my HVAC unit in terms that I could understand. These gentlemen were professional and courteous. They got my HVAC unit working and their work was excellent. The price they quoted was very economical and under budget. It is rare that I meet honest businessmen. I say that because I have been taken advantage before in similar situations, when the HVAC unit is inoperable in inclimate weather. For example, no air conditioning when over 90 degrees or no heat when under 32 degrees. I think I have said enough. I will summarize my review with five words. These gentleman are the best! Once again, Bernard has come to my rescue yet again. My upstairs furnace went out a day before we were supposed to get below freezing temps. I messaged him and he came out the same day, was able to diagnose the problem and repair right then and there. He has been my angel and go to guy for years now and has never disappointed. Had hardwood floors done and after letting them "dry" for a couple of days came to a 46 degree apartment. What an amazing experience! My furnace just stopped blowing warm air so I gave Bernard a call. I could tell that he was on another job yet he took the time to walk me through all of the steps over the phone to troubleshoot the issue. I had a special problem with my 2nd floor apartment's ac. I called the biggest hvac company in Chicago...4s. They misdiagnosed the problem. 5 other hvac companies, in addition to Bernard, told me 4s's recommendation was complete BS. Bernard came in and fixed the problem as well as giving me a very reasonable price. I will always use Bernard for my hvac needs.

I never right reviews of service providers because generally i find them to be anything but honest. This is not the case with Azrikam Price is Right. Bernard, who received my call after two disastrous experiences with Four Season and ABC Heating. First ABC came to my house and took apart my Furnace and decided that they couldn't fix the issue without "cutting a hole in the outside of the steel case that was needed to gain access to the valve that would allow them to check the Freon. He left with the whole AC unit hanging out of the frame. Then I called ABC who strung me along like a puppet for 8 hours before they told me that working 24/7 was for other furnaces and that mine needed an expert who would not be available until the following day. I called and gave them the make and model number of my furnace, its age too, 5 years, so they could send the right tech / specialist if that was necessary and or even told me that guy wasn't available until the following day. Nope, even with all that information I waited an entire day and in the end, at 7PM customer service gave me a call with a BS story about the specialist not being available until tomorrow. What??? A whole additional day? I was not happy so I researched the model number and found thru Google Azrikam. 8PM I called hoping to engage with someone who knew what they were talking about and what I found was THE BEST SERVICE COMPANY EVER! Anchored by the most intelligent man in the HVAC business ever, Bernard. He answered my call even with his household filled with a celebrating family. He asked about the HVAC Unit, the age, the condition and if I could send him photos of the model number and unit with the front doors off. I thought that was nuts but did so. A few minutes later Bernard called again and asked what kind of thermostat I had and the last time I changed the batteries. 5 years ago when the unit was installed. OMG! It was the batteries. He then walked my through putting my HVAC back together over the phone. How many stars can i give him? Hundreds. The calls were free, his diagnosis was right on and i go my AC to work again. When they couldn't answer, they gave us a call back asap and any time of the day, they responded. - They squeezed us into their super busy schedule to fix our AC because they knew the weather's gonna be over 100 degrees the next several days, which we didn't even know. - They arrived very early and they offered to pay for my Uber because I wasn't nearby and I was gonna take a bus. I was speachless. I insisted that they didn't pay because I was already so thankful for what they've done. - l'm a germophobe, so I get nervous and stressed having super or others come by because many people refuse or get annoyed when I ask them to take their shoes off. These guys took their shoes off without me asking, which is a very big deal to me. It's so rare to meet someone so sweet and kind. I was crying internally because they warmed up my heart so much.

Bernard really really helped me out of a jam after 2-3 companies could not help. I had no AC on July 10th 2019 and was borderline 95 degrees outside, I have an Arcoaire furnace and AC and after companies told me they could not find the wheel and blower motor I was left desperate. I goggled "Arcoaire dealers Chicago" and Azrikam Price is Right popped up, I called Bernard asking if he could help, again this was the first time I have ever spoken to him and he beyond helped me out, he called a supply house and got me the parts. The boiler for our 20 unit building died right after the Polar Vortex. It was hard to find a heating company to come out because they were all booked. I randomly called companies and luckily found Bernard. He came out and identified the problem within 30 minutes - a burned out pump. Bernard searched for the pump and found it was discontinued. He checked multiple (!!) supply houses for a replacement pump and finally found one. (Talk about great detective work!) He came back to our building, removed the bad pump and brought it to the supply house so he could be sure the replacement had identical specs. Once the pump was delivered, Bernard was right there to get it. Within a couple of hours he had the heat working in our building again. We also got a 1-year parts and labor warranty on the pump, which made our condo association happy! I found Bernard to be honest and also a very nice guy.

This review is a few months late but I felt the need to write it. My furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving aand it was cold that week. After making a few phone I reached Azrikam and talked with Bernard ( forgive me if the name is wrong) and he agreed to come out on Thanksgiving morning. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Was having issues with a commericial rooftop unit at work. I am Chief Enineer of Courtyard Marriott. Called and they came out the next morning. Explained everything he was doing. Great Customer Service. After the appointment was made, they checked in with me the night before and the morning of to make sure I knew how many jobs until mine. Once at the house he explained everything he was checking and why the air conditioning was leaking water. He was very knowledgable and had the problem fixed in a very timely fashion. And cleaned up the unit very well. They also checked in with me that evening to make sure I had no more leaks after they left. I highly recommend them and would use them again if needed!!

Beyond satisfied with the services offered by Azrikam price is right heating and cooling! Our air conditioner stopped working during the 90 degree heat and we had to wait days for our insurance to send a company over to take a look at it. That company told us we would need to replace the whole unit! The air conditioning unit in our condominium stopped working on Sunday of this past Memorial Day weekend.  Since this was a holiday weekend coinciding with the first wave of extreme heat, we were rather pessimistic to find a repairman willing to come and examine the unit within a timely fashion. On Tuesday, we contacted our handyman who provided us with the phone number of a repairman.  Not feeling very hopeful, we contacted this person who actually offered to come and inspect the unit on the same day. Unfortunately, the news presented to us was not what we had hoped to hear.  The compressor had stopped working and, since this was an older unit, there was no other choice but to replace the air conditioner. While in our presence, the repairman contacted Bernard Azrikam to apprise him of our situation and to check on the possibility of having a new air conditioning unit installed within a reasonable amount of time.  Much to our astonishment, Bernard agreed to replace the existing unit on either Wednesday or Thursday of this past week. As we were not familiar with this company, we were initially hesitant to commit to Azrikam's services.  However, after reading the many favorable reviews about this company online, we agreed to utilize them and cannot believe our good fortune to have found such a reliable and trustworthy business.  Everything that was promised came to fruition and we cannot thank Bernard Azrikam enough for the installation of the new air conditioner this past Wednesday.  We are more than happy to provide this business with a five-star rating and would not hesitate to recommend them, without reservation, to anyone who might be in need of their services.

The gentleman that worked on the heating fan and blower in my house was very well knowledged and had it up and running in no time. Beyond Perfection!! I had been without heat in my home and knew with Chicago winters I had to act fast!! I was referred to Azrikam by my nephew who was very happy with the company. HONEST, HONEST, HONEST. Called them up through a friends recommendation and was not disappointed. They took care off what I asked, there was no, "you need to fix this, you need to change that" they didn't try to up-sell anything. It was in and out. They did look at other things I asked them to look at, he gave his opinion and that was it. I am going to call them back for an A/C check and to change a water boiler. Give them a call, you will. It be disappointed. Oh ya, I called them at 8:30am and they were here by 9:30am, if I could give them 10 stars, I would.

We had a great experience. Our A/C went out when the temperature was in the 90's. We got Azrikam's number from a friend on a Saturday and called. He called us right back and came in first thing in the morning (on a Sunday) to fix it. He was great, very efficient, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him.

Woke up this morning and attempted to turn the heat up in the house when all of a sudden a loud noise coming from the crawl space alarmed me. I called Azrikman The Price is Right since it was local and had good reviews. Bernard showed up with in the hour and diagnose the problem immediately. He took the time to show me the part needed and ran over to the parts store to pick up. He came back and installed it and within 30 mins, we had heat again! I have found Bernard Azrikam to do first class work on my boiler and air conditioning system. I was told by another heating firm that my boiler would have to be completely replaced because the parts were no longer available. The proposed cost was $5000. When I spoke to Bernard, he informed me that the needed parts could be easily purchased . He renovated my furnace for a small fraction of $5000.

He has been taking care of my AC for the last few years and it has been working beautifully.

My mother needed a new a/c unit, 2 contractors insisted we buy a heating furnace also. Azrikam explained the pro's & con's of buying both and left the decision up to us. Appreciate the honesty. , workmanship and have had no issues with his services.

I had a contractor start and attempt to fix the furnace on a cold saturday night, he put in a new part and still couldn't get it going. He said he had to get other parts and would be back monday, called on monday, parts would be in on tuesday except he was going out of town and wouldn't return until friday. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I called azrikam told him the story, he didn't hold it against me and actually tried to trouble shoot over the phone to save me some money. He made some time the next day to come out and get the furnace going , which he did in less than an hour. A true professional and fairness in his pricing , Azrikam is now my go to guy for heating and air conditioning.

Azrikam is the only heating and cooling company I will use.  I called them because the copper line from my ac unit froze and was a block of ice and I was thinking it was due to low freon.  Instead of charging me a service call to come over to check it out he was patient and honest enough to trouble shoot with with my tenants over the phone and fixed the whole problem.  Most companies would have tried to squeeze every penny they could out of the owner as I have learned in the past.  A++++ for Azrikam.

The Experience i had with Azrikam heating and cooling was beyond Spectacular. The service man was professional and friendly, very clean and even took off his shoes when he walked in my house. We had a problem with our a/c not putting out any cool air. Bernard told us over the phone to clean our permanent filter and he actually dropped everything and told us he would be out 8:00 a.m. the next morning. It was about 5:00 p.m. the prior day we called him. Sure enough he came bright and early the next morning. By that time I had the system cooling somewhat as he was right on in advising us to clean the filter. He then cleaned and checked the entire system, taking the time to explain each thing he was doing and how the system worked. He then adjusted our vents to get the maximum use of the system zeroing in in the upstairs bedrooms which always seemed to be hot. He finished in under two hours, was courteous, competent and the prices were reasonable. He was also quite clean and the house was left in the same condition (except the a/c was repaired) as when he came. My air conditioning was not functioning after the power company shut down the power temporarily. Bernard came immediately after I called and was able to correct the problem. He was upfront, honest and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and talked me through the process and I was very comfortable with what he did. His honesty was what I admired. I have never worked with a heating and air conditioning service as diligent as Azrikam. My air conditioner went out in the middle of the night on a Saturday. It's almost 100 degrees and our AC stops working. I called and he worked with my schedule to find a time. Then was the nicest guy ever! Not only did he fix my AC, and clean it (both of them since we have dual zones, and he happened to notice the other one needed a washing so he took it upon himself), but he was such an honest good dude! I was impressed on many levels. Going to put him in my permanent "Rolodex" -he knows what he's doing, super thorough, and a true gem. There aren't enough people in the world like that! 6 stars! My AC wasn't working over Memorial Day Weekend. It was miserable in my apt. Anyone I called wanted $100-$200 just to come out and check it. My parents had used Bernard to install a furnace and AC unit in their house and have been using him for years and they love his work. So I called Bernard Sunday evening before the holiday and he walked me through taking my thermostat off and bypassing to get my AC on! Nobody else would have done that over the phone for no charge. He came back up right on time the next day and hooked up my new thermostat. Very honest, very fast, very reliable!

Bernard installed a new furnace and A/C for us. He was prompt, courteous and we felt like we got a fair price. He's just returned to set up the air conditioning for the summer and I'm glad I remembered to write this review! Highly recommend.

Mr. Azrikam demonstrates a very high level of professionalism and expertise. He is a remarkably good diagnostician and is technically excellent. If there is a problem with the heating or AC system, he will come right away and take care of it. If the problem is complex, he will not give up until he has solved it. We've now used Bernard several times for heating and cooling needs and every time, he's been fantastic. The first time he came, it turned out we needed a new furnace (we knew that the furnace was on its last legs so this wasn't surprising). But it was January and very very cold. Bernard worked magic to get to us immediately and to make sure that we got heat. And each time, he's used that level of concern and care. I can't recommend him highly enough.

This company is by far the best I've ever dealt with I'm glad I found him because it saved me $1800 from the appraisal I got a few hrs before he looked at my ac that was in summer, well my moms heater went out do to a flood - same thing and I must mention the man that owns the co. I absolutely absolutely love them. Honest , always there when you need something fixed. I have two elderly parents ,last week my heat stopped working and it was about 10 pm I called and told him the issue said please my parents are old and I'm scared they get sick , he rushed over to my home to make sure it worked so my parents would sleep comfortably. Our heating unit broke on Wednesday before Thanksgiving bernard came out in the morning of Thanksgiving to fix our heating unit with no extra charge at a great price. Bernard fix tuned up our unit cleaned and he explained what we should due to maintain the unit in running the way it should be running.

Very professional came out to my house found the leek in the air conditioning unit fixed,filled both units. We payed less then the other company that came out three time and could not find the leek. Bernard is a Very honest person and the price was right.

Bernard at Azrikam did an excellent job when he replaced our furnace. He was very prompt with his initial visit and installation appointment. He understood how critical it was to get the job done quickly with the weather getting colder and having young children in our household and treated our case as a priority. In addition, I valued his input on how to deal with our furnace issues as he considered our overall long term future well being rather than just suggesting a costly short term solution. I would definitely recommend Azrikam. UPDATE 6/12/17 - Our AC went out in 90 degree weather and my pregnant wife needed it fixed ASAP! Bernard was very efficient in his tuneup and everything checked out ok. He added insulation to our line for extra protection. Price is right again!
